Come for an evening of self care surrounded by the beauty of nature! Enjoy a 60 minute, Yoga on the Dock, Slow Flow Yoga Class AND choose an infrared sauna, hot soak therapy and/or cold plunge session in Nature (available 30 minutes before and after class)
