Begin the new year by caring for your mind, body and soul alongside friends from your community! This special 4 meeting series will be focused on detoxification and replenishing the mind, body and soul. Through the month of January we will be incorporating weekly infrared sauna sessions, weekly slow flow yoga, detoxifying food plan is optional and modifiable if needed to help you maximize your health goals at your life’s tempo. Find encouragement and accountability choosing your health along side friends in our community. 🫶🏼 If you can fully devote yourself to this program for just 4 weeks, you will be AMAZED at all of the results! [Shared Sauna Sessions will be reserved before and after class. Class will be held at 9am morning class/6pm evening class. Although classes are booked for 2 hours, you will only stay for 90 minutes on average and based on your reserved sauna time.]
